Children's Center and School Age Child Care:
The El Dorado County Children’s Center Program serves the children of parents who are working, looking for work or who are in training. Eligibility is determined by the California Department of Education, Child Development Division. Subsidized child care is available to families who meet the state’s eligibility requirements. Fees may be subsidized by the state and are determined for each family individually. Full cost care is available to those families who do not qualify for state subsidization at the Georgetown Center. Early care and education services are implemented in an enriched environment and are individualized to meet the needs of each child throughout the day. Nutritious meals and snacks are an integral part of each program.
